Marcus Morris Plays Good Minutes On Sunday
6 years agoBoston Celtics forward Marcus Morris got inserted into the starting unit in place Aron Baynes (ankle) for matchup purposes and it paid dividends in the easy win over the Bucks on Sunday. Morris chipped in nine points with seven rebounds while adding three blocks and some excellent defense on Giannis Antetokounmpo. Morris logged many minutes on the Freak and was a team second-best plus-18 while he was on the floor in this one. Morris took just six shots, so we can expect him to be more aggressive in Game 2 with Bucks making some adjustments on defense to slow down the Celtics' stars.
