Marcus Mariota Still Can't Make Certain Throws
6 years agoTennessee Titans head coach Mike Vrabel said that there are still some throws that quarterback Marcus Mariota (elbow) can't make, but the team will work around it. Vrabel is hoping that the whole package for Mariota comes back this week against the Eagles. The injured QB only came into the game in Week 3 after Blaine Gabbert suffered a concussion early on. Mariota went 12-for-18 for 100 yards without a touchdown or interception. Even before his injury, Mariota was a QB2, so his injury coupled with another tough matchup against Philly puts him in the low-end QB2 realm.
