Marcus Mariota Dealing With UCL Injury Again
6 years agoTennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota (elbow), who suffered what was believed to be a stinger in Week 16 on Saturday, is actually dealing with another ulnar collateral ligament injury in his right elbow. It's an injury that bothered him earlier this year and caused numbness in his right hand and caused him to struggle to grip the football. There's no word on whether he'll be able to play yet in a crucial Week 17 game against the Colts. While this is troublesome for the Titans, they'd likely be leaning more on the ground game and Derrick Henry anyway. Mariota hasn't been a startable fantasy quarterback for the last month, and that won't change now. If he can't play against Indy, Blaine Gabbert would get the call.
