4 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Marcell Ozuna (hand) injured his hand while sliding into third base in Tuesday's game against the Boston Red Sox. He was sent back to Atlanta to undergo tests on his hand while the team remained in Boston. While we are yet to get the news on the exact diagnosis of Ozuna's injury, Ozuna posted an Instagram story where he said, "Thank God nothing more serious happened. Now wait 6 weeks recovering" (translated from Spanish). MLB.com's Mark Bowman confirmed the estimated timeline of at least six weeks. Braves manager Brian Snitker will address the media with more information on the injury prior to the team's game on Wednesday. Ender Inciarte should see increased playing time in the short-term or at least until Cristian Pache (hamstring) is back from the injured list.--Andrew Ericksen - RotoBaller
