Marc Leishman Brings Complete Game To Match Play
3 years agoMarc Leishman missed his first cut of the season at The Players Championship. He has six top-20 finishes in his 11 starts this season. He has been incredibly consistent, gaining strokes in all four major categories in most of his starts. Leishman will be looking to improve on his losing record at Austin Country Club (6-7-3). Although Leishman has been solid across the board, he is typically a very impressive chipper and putter, which are vital skills in match play. If he can continue to bring a complete game to the course, Leishman will be tough to beat this week.

Marc Leishman Looks For Consistency At The Scottish Open
3 years agoIt has been an up-and-down stretch of golf for Marc Leishman. He has missed the cut in four of his last eight events and has not posted a top-10 finish since January. The main issue for the Australian has been his around-the-green game. He has lost strokes around the greens in five of his last eight tournaments and has not shown any signs of consistency. The positive for Leishman is he is a great links golf player. He has posted three top-10 finishes at The Open Championship, one of which was a playoff loss to Zach Johnson at St. Andrews. For this week, Leishman is fairly priced in DFS and won't get much attention in a loaded field. Based on current form, he is not a good DFS option, but his success on links courses and his ability to play in the wind make him an intriguing flier possibility.

Marc Leishman Looks To Continue His Success
3 years agoMarc Leishman heads to Hartford fresh off a fantastic showing at the U.S. Open. He finished 14th at The Country Club, marking his best result at a U.S. Open. He has played well at all three majors so far this season, placing no worse than 30th. This could be the start of a good stretch of golf for Leishman. He has played well at TPC River Highlands, winning the event back in 2012 and posting a third-place finish in 2021. He is one of the best putters on tour, ranking 12th in strokes gained putting this season. The field at the Travelers is loaded, which has resulted in a discounted price for Leishman in DFS and on the betting market. He is very comfortable at this course and is playing some solid golf right now. Leishman is a great DFS option and is worth a look for an outright bet.

Marc Leishman Off His Game Entering PGA Championship
3 years agoIt has been a string of inconsistency for Marc Leishman over the past few months. He has missed the cut in three of his last six events and has lost strokes from tee-to-green in four of his last six starts. Going off his current form, Leishman isn't a strong option in DFS or the betting market. However, at a course that will put a premium on the short game and the ability to navigate windy conditions, it does set up well for the Australian. The more difficult the course plays, the more it favors a player like Leishman. He is a tad expensive in DFS given his current play, but he could be a good sleeper option in large-scale tournaments.

Marc Leishman Aims To Get Back On Track At Byron Nelson
3 years agoMarc Leishman enters the Bryon Nelson fresh off a missed cut at the Wells Fargo Championship a week ago, just his second missed cut this season. He has not been playing his best golf lately, losing strokes from tee-to-green in three of his last four starts. Despite the recent struggles, Leishman has shown flashes at this event. He finished T21 at the Byron Nelson in 2021, the first year the event was held at TPC Craig Ranch. His recent form will bring his ownership down, making Leishman a solid undervalued DFS option in a strong field.
