Malik Monk Scores Career-High 31 Points
5 years agoCharlotte Hornets shooting guard Malik Monk might be wishing he could get to play in Paris every night after he recorded a career-high 31 points in Friday's loss to Milwaukee. He had a second consecutive strong shooting performance with a 10-for-17 record from the field that included three triples, and Monk also managed to add five rebounds, five assists, one steal, and one block to his line in 34 minutes of action off the bench. The 21-year-old guard has been invisible in 2019-20, but he's now recorded a total of 51 points across the last two games. His fantasy stock will be on the rise after this, and he gets a pair of really nice matchups against the Knicks and Wizards next to pick up even more momentum.
