Malcolm Brogdon Gets 22 Points, Eight Assists On Sunday
5 years agoIndiana Pacers point guard Malcolm Brogdon finished Sunday's win over the Nuggets with 22 points and eight assists, shooting 8-for-17 from the field and 2-for-4 from downtown. He also collected three rebounds in 36 minutes of action and committed two turnovers. The 27-year-old guard has been on a nice roll since returning from injury, averaging 19 points, 8.3 assists, and five rebounds, shooting 44.4 percent from deep. He's in a good spot to perform well again on Monday against Utah. The Jazz are a good defensive side, but they have struggled against point guard this season, giving up 23.8 points per 48 minutes. Brogdon had 22 points on 55.6 percent shooting against them in the first meeting of the season.
