Malcolm Brogdon Falls Just Short Of Triple-Double
4 years agoIndiana Pacers point guard Malcolm Brogdon was close to getting his second career triple-double in Wednesday's win over the Rockets, notching 23 points on 7-for-19 shooting with 14 rebounds and nine assists. He was 3-for-7 with the three-ball and 6-for-7 at the line. Domantas Sabonis registered a double-double as well with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Brogdon also flirted with a triple-double to close out last week against Memphis, so it seems like it's only a matter of time before he picks up one. He has two more games to do it this week with meetings with Utah and Atlanta coming up. The first one looks like an ugly matchup, but the Hawks have been generous to opposing point guards all year which will suit Brogdon.
