Malcolm Brogdon Bounces Back With 36 Points
4 years agoIndiana Pacers guard Malcolm Brogdon struggled to five of 22 shooting in Sunday's game against the Raptors, but he bounced back in a big way in Monday's victory. Brogdon scored 36 points on 10 of 18 shooting, adding nine assists, seven rebounds, three treys and a steal in 37 minutes. He got a chunk of his points the easy way, as he made a season-high 13 free throws on 14 attempts. Brogdon is on pace for career-highs in minutes and field-goal attempts per game, both big reasons why he's been an early round value in both points and category leagues. He'll get a Wednesday matchup against the Hornets, a solid defensive team overall, though they are susceptible to the three-pointer.
