4 years agoMiami Marlins outfielder Magneuris Sierra got the start in center field on Sunday and did well, going 2-for-3 with a triple, a double, and a walk. He drove in two runs as well and played well defensively. With the other center field options (Jonathan Villar and Jon Berti) struggling to get going on the young season, Sierra could end up with some more playing time if he keeps showing up like he did today. He showed what he could do at the end of last season and has the speed to certainly be a useful fantasy asset if he gets consistent playing time. For now, owners in need of stolen bases should keep an eye on his playing time.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
