2 years agoNew England Patriots quarterback Mac Jones completed three of his six passes for 13 yards and an interception in Monday's 33-14 loss to the Chicago Bears. He added three rushes for 24 yards. The 24-year-old returned to action Monday after missing the last three games due to a high-ankle sprain. Jones was removed from Monday's game in favor of rookie Bailey Zappe after throwing an interception during the second quarter. Zappe led New England to two scoring drives in the second quarter, but the offense stalled in the second half. There is quarterback controversy in New England, and it remains to be seen who will draw the start against the New York Jets in Week 8.--Brad Camara - RotoBaller
