7 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Luke Weaver was torched by the Chicago Cubs on Thursday, allowing six runs on nine hits and a walk in just four innings. Coming into the game, Weaver had only given up four runs total in 17 1/3 innings of work, so Thursday was by far his worst start of the season so far. He should bounce back in his next outing and remains an exciting young fantasy starter.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
