Luke Kennard Keeps The Threes Coming
6 years agoDetroit Pistons shooting guard Luke Kennard, who had a team-high 21 points off the bench in Game 1 against the Bucks, was promoted to the starting unit for Wednesday's Game 2, and he didn't disappoint, leading the team in scoring again with 19 points. He went 4-for-6 from downtown and 6-for-13 overall from the field, adding four rebounds and a pair of assists. The former Duke Blue Devil is a very good shooter and he's demonstrated it particularly well since the start of last month, recording five games with at least 20 points. He's shooting an amazing 73.4 percent from deep in the playoffs, so watch it rain triples again in Saturday's Game 3.
