Luke Glendening Scores Second Goal In Three Games
6 years agoDetroit Red Wings center Luke Glendening scored the team's first goal in Saturday's 3-2 overtime win against New Jersey. He's found his scoring stick lately, as both of his goals this season have come in the last three games. Glendening also has five assists and a team-best plus-six rating. He was plus-two against the Devils, logging 16:29. Glendening was also dominant in the faceoff circle, winning 15 of his 17 draws. He's never collected more than 21 points in a season, so you can't rely on Glendening to boost your team's offensive numbers, but he does a great job racking up the peripheral stats.
