Luis Robert Jr. Out On Friday
1 year agoChicago White Sox outfielder Luis Robert Jr. (finger) is not in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Milwaukee Brewers. This news comes after Robert was removed early on Wednesday due to a sprained pinkie finger. Luckily, the X-rays came back negative, so Robert is currently considered as day-to-day. The hope is that Robert will be able to return at some point during the weekend series. In the meantime, Trayce Thompson will cover center field and bat seventh versus right-hander Corbin Burnes on Friday.
