Luis Arraez Collects Three More Hits On Monday
1 year agoMiami Marlins second baseman Luis Arraez went 3-for-4 with a double, a pair of RBI, and a run scored in a 9-6 win over the Kansas City Royals on Monday. The hitting machine that is Luis Arraez picked up three more hits in this contest, including an RBI double in the bottom of the third inning. The 26-year-old is now second in all of MLB with 83 hits behind Bo Bichette and his 87. However, Arraez leads the entire league with a ridiculous .399 batting average and a .450 on-base percentage. He also has one home run, 29 RBI, and one stolen base over 208 at-bats. He's got a long way to go but it's worth pointing out that no one has hit .400 in a season since Ted Williams way back in 1941.
