Luguentz Dort Scores Team-High 17 Points
4 years agoOklahoma City Thunder guard/forward Luguentz Dort led the team with 17 points in Friday's 98-85 loss to Milwaukee, shooting 6-for-16 from the field and 2-for-3 at the charity stripe. The whole Thunder starting five struggled, including Dort, but the 21-year-old managed to go 3-for-7 with the three-ball, which helped him get close to 20 points. Sadly, Dort didn't do much else, recording only two rebounds and one assist. The second-year player has had his moments this season, but his shooting tends to be very inconsistent, which means that he can easily go from a 20-plus point outing to a four-point dud. He'll try to avoid it in the next matchup against the Cavaliers, who had a nice start to the season but whose defensive efficiency has dropped like a rock in recent weeks.
