26 mins agoAfter withdrawing from Pebble Beach two weeks ago after posting a first-round 77, Ludvig Aberg (illness) will attempt to return this week at Torrey Pines for the relocated Genesis Invitational. While no one can deny the talent level of the young Swede, there is considerable risk here given what's been on display in his last two events -- one being at this venue a month ago. His ball-striking hasn't been as good as last season, and he's lost strokes on the greens in both showings (an average of minus-1.305). There will likely be plenty of weeks where playing Aberg makes total sense, but this week doesn't feel like one.--Todd McGill - RotoBaller
