Not one to let the judges make the decision, 13 of his 14 victories have come by finish. Allen has a strong takedown defense percentage of 75%. He also has a solid striking accuracy of 59%. Allen's nickname of All In is perfect for his fighting style. The Louisiana native has a full arsenal of weapons at his disposal and will look to continue his progression up the middleweight division.

6 months agoBrendan Allen suffered a unanimous decision loss to Nassourdine Imavov in the co-main event of UFC Paris. After three rounds, all three judges scored the fight 29-28 in favor of Imavov. In his last bout, Allen defeated Chris Curtis via split decision. Before this fight, Allen was on a tear winning seven fights in a row and was looking to force his way into the top 5. In 15 minutes of action, Allen landed a takedown and 30 significant strikes. With the loss, Allen's UFC record is now 12-3.

Brendan Allen Wins Split Decision In A Back-And-Forth Fight
12 months agoAfter a hard fought gritty battle, Brendan Allen was awarded a split decision victory over Chris Curtis in the main event of UFC Vegas 90. Allen was originally matched up with Marvin Vettori, who suffered an injury. Allen entered the bout riding a six-fight winning streak. Five of those wins came by way of submission. After five rounds, the judges scored 48-47, 47-48, 49-46. In 25 minutes of action, Allen landed six takedowns and 112 significant strikes. Despite facing tough opponents, Brendan Allen's recent success cements his position as a rising star in the UFC.
