Louis Oosthuizen Is A Risky DFS Option At Open
6 years agoLouis Oosthuizen enters this week's Open Championship with some serious injury concerns. The South African was forced to withdraw from last week's Scottish Open with a neck injury. While we do not know the extent of the injury, it does raise some major red flags. The 2010 Open champion, Oosthuizen has performed well over the past two months and most recently nabbed a T16 at the U.S. Open. He was considered a popular dark horse contender at Carnoustie before the injury scare last week. DFS players must weigh the risk vs. reward when deciding whether or not to deploy Oosthuizen this week. He will be a very low-owned option, but a mid-tournament withdrawal is also a possibility. Use caution when considering Oosthuizen.
