Lonzo Ball Leaves Game With Knee Issue
7 years agoLos Angeles Lakers rookie point guard Lonzo Ball left Wednesday's win over the Mavericks with a knee contusion and did not return. Ball had gone 3-for-7 from the field before the injury with eight points, five assists and four rebounds in just over 24 minutes. Ball says leaving the game was just precautionary, but with the Lakers eliminated from playoff contention, it wouldn't be a shock to see the team play it safe and rest Ball on Friday against the Bucks.

Lonzo Ball Sidelined Against Brooklyn
2 weeks agoChicago Bulls guard Lonzo Ball (wrist) won't play on Thursday versus Brooklyn. He missed the last six games because of a sprained right wrist and was listed as doubtful heading into this one. Josh Giddey (ankle) is also out, meaning Tre Jones, Coby White, and Kevin Huerter should absorb most of the minutes in the backcourt.
