Logan O'Hoppe Being Rested For Second Straight Day
1 day agoLos Angeles Angels catcher Logan O'Hoppe (finger) will be out of the starting lineup for the second straight day on the road in Texas against the division-rival Rangers on Wednesday. O'Hoppe began to feel ill during an off day on Monday and will miss the first two games of the series at Globe Life Field. There's a good chance he'll be back behind the dish for Thursday's series finale against the Rangers. The 25-year-old backstop has been a must-start catcher in fantasy in the early going, batting .333 (16-for-48) with five home runs, nine RBI and seven runs scored in his first 13 games of 2025. Travis d'Arnaud will do the catching again on Wednesday and will hit fifth against Rangers left-hander Patrick Corbin. Although d'Arnaud has gone just 2-for-22 at the plate this year, he's worth a look in DFS thanks to a .444 career average against Corbin in 18 at-bats.
