1 week agoThe Detroit Lions defense/special teams recorded a fumble recovery and started strong in the first half but ultimately fell into a high-scoring battle, allowing 31 points and just under 300 yards in a 34-31 win over the Packers on Thursday night. The 31 points were the most Detroit has surrendered in a game this season, resulting in their third-lowest fantasy output of the year. The Lions' defense remains one of the league's better units overall but showed vulnerability against Green Bay's offense. They'll need to tighten things up heading into Week 15's matchup against the Buffalo Bills, a team capable of putting up points in bunches.
