Lions Cut C.J. Moore
2 years agoDetroit Lions defensive back C.J. Moore has been released by the organization on Friday. This news comes shortly after Moore was suspended for violating the NFL's gambling policy. That comes with an indefinite suspension that requires a minimum one-year ban. Moore recently signed a two-year, $4.5 million deal with the Lions. He has spent each of the last four seasons with the Lions. Moore mainly played on special teams, but will now be sidelined for at least one season.
