Linus Ullmark Stops 31 Shots In Victory
1 min agoOttawa Senators goaltender Linus Ullmark stopped 31 of the 32 shots he faced en route to defeating the Tampa Bay Lightning on Thursday evening. The Lightning dominated the shot total, but Ullmark was able to lead the way. His lone mistake came in the second frame when Brandon Hagel beat him on a wrist shot to score his 34th goal of the campaign. This was a strong bounce-back outing for Ullmark as he allowed four goals on 21 shots in his previous start on April 1 against the Buffalo Sabres. Since March 1, Ullmark has posted a 10-3-1 record with a 2.93 GAA and a .904 save percentage. He has not posted a shutout over this stretch. Fantasy managers should continue to expect Ullmark to see the majority of starts in the crease of the final two weeks of the regular season.
