Buffalo Sabres goaltender Linus Ullmark (personal) will return from a two-game absence on Friday against Washington. The 27-year-old Swede spent some time away due to the death of his father. Ullmark's only previous appearance this season came against the Capitals a week ago in a narrow 2-1 loss, when he started the year with a 19-save performance. Ullmark outplayed Carter Hutton last season with a decent 17-14-3 record, a 2.69 goals-against average and a .915 save percentage. Hutton (undisclosed) is currently missing time, so the Sabres get Ullmark back at a good time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
