2 years agoChicago White Sox reliever Liam Hendriks (cancer) is scheduled to make two more rehab appearances on Monday and Wednesday with Triple-A Charlotte, according to MLB.com. After that, he will be re-evaluated, and he could return to the big league club by next week. The rehab assignment hasn't been friendly to Hendriks thus far, as he owns an 11.25 ERA. However, the right-hander has been a dominant arm on the mound the last few years and pitched to a 2.81 ERA, 1.04 WHIP, and 36.2% strikeout rate with 37 saves in 2022. Fantasy managers should be excited to get Hendriks back, who will take over as the White Sox closer as soon as he's on the field.--Spencer Seguin
