LeSean McCoy Finally Gets Volume
6 years agoBuffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy matched his season total in rushing yards on Sunday versus the Tennessee Titans. McCoy finally got the volume he was asking for as he carried the rock 24 times, which resulted for 85 yards. Shady also caught two passes out of the backfield for 23 yards. The Bills seemed determined to establish a run game on Sunday as they ran the ball 43 times. We had seen McCoy’s usage slide recently, but he carried the ball 55.8 percent of the time on Sunday. That is up from last week when his number was a disappointing 31.3 percent. Fantasy owners should be happy to see the increased workload, but Chris Ivory will continue to eat into McCoy’s carries. With a suspect offensive line, McCoy is a weak RB2 at best.
