Leonard Fournette Totals 135 Yards And A Score
4 years agoTampa Bay Buccaneers running back Leonard Fournette handled 20 total touches, turning them into 135 scrimmage yards and a score en route to a 31-9 win over the Chiefs. Fournette was the complete package for Tampa Bay in the Super Bowl, as he was breaking tackles and finding the holes as a runner, and catching passes out of the backfield. The Super Bowl performance capped off a great postseason for the 26-year-old- he exceeded 100 scrimmage yards in three of the four games- and scored in all four. Fournette went from being waived by the Jaguars to being a key contributor for a championship-winning team. That will be quite the feather in his cap when he becomes a free agent this offseason, though he's no sure thing to return in Tampa Bay.
