Leonard Fournette Could Factor In Pass Game
5 years agoJacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette should play a role in the passing game this year, says John Oehser of Jaguars.com. While we heard the same thing before last season, the Jaguars had a strong pass-catching back in T.J. Yeldon at that point. Now, Fournette's main backups work much better as early-down guys, so there might be some truth to the team getting him involved as a receiver. Fournette has been catching passes from quarterback Nick Foles during training camp and was heavily involved in the team's joint practice with the Ravens. If Fournette expands his game, he can be a top-10 fantasy back if healthy.
