Leonard Floyd Signing With Rams
5 years agoThe Los Angeles Rams are signing former Chicago Bears pass-rusher Leonard Floyd to a one-year, $10 million deal on Wednesday, according to a source. The deal could be worth up to $13 million with incentives. Floyd was a bust for Chicago after they took him ninth overall in the 2016 draft. The 27-year-old had 153 combined tackles (108 solo), 18.5 sacks and 44 QB hits in his four seasons with the Bears. He had a career-low three sacks, 40 tackles (27 solo), three tackles for loss, 12 QB hits and one pass defensed in a full season last year. The Rams are hoping a change of scenery will help the former first-round pick become more productive.
