During this stretch, the 17-year-old held a .400/.500/.880 slash line with three home runs, seven RBI, and a 4:5 BB:K ratio. De Vries has performed quite well through his taste of professional ball this season with a .242/.362/.445 line. The infielder could push for a late-season promotion to High-A if he continues this hot surge.
