LeBron James Makes History On Saturday Night
9 months agoLos Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James (ankle) scored a team-high 26 points in Saturday's loss to the Denver Nuggets. He added nine assists and three steals. The 2003 No. 1 overall pick was once again on the injury report heading into this one because of his nagging ankle issue. However, it didn't matter, as James was active to become the first player in NBA history to score 40,000 career points. The 39-year-old is nearing the end of his historic career. But he could have at least a few more years left in the tank. While James isn't as durable and productive as he used to be, he's expected to remain a top fantasy contributor until he retires.
