LeBron James will return to the Los Angeles Lakers on a two-year contract. According to ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, James will sign a maximum $104 million deal, which includes a player option for the 2025-26 campaign and a no-trade clause. Ahead of free agency, James opted out of the final year of his previous deal with the Lakers, which would have paid him $51.4 million. He was always expected to return to the team, especially after the Lakers drafted his son Bronny last week. The two are set to become the first father and son and duo to play in the NBA at the same time. 2024-25 will be James' 22nd NBA campaign. He will match Vince Carter's all-time record for most seasons played in the league.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBallerRead More News
