2 months agoOakland Athletics outfielder Lawrence Butler (illness) is out of the starting lineup ahead of Tuesday's game against the Houston Astros. It sounds like Butler caught an illness that is going around the clubhouse. A's manager Mark Kotsay said he's hopeful that Butler can return on Wednesday. In the meantime, Seth Brown will cover right field and bat fifth versus right-hander Spencer Arrighetti. Brown could be a low-risk DFS option with a .248 batting average and 14 home runs on the season. The left-handed slugger could have some success against Arrighetti on Tuesday.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
