Laviska Shenault Jr. Will Suit Up In Week 8
2 years agoCarolina Panthers wide receiver Laviska Shenault Jr. will not carry an injury designation into the weekend after being limited in practice this week with a hamstring injury. Shenault returned to the lineup in Week 7 after missing three consecutive games but played on just two offensive snaps. He could have an expanded role going forward as the team recently moved on from Robbie Anderson and Christian McCaffrey. The third-year pro will have a great opportunity to produce in Week 8 against an Atlanta Falcons defense that has allowed the most PPR fantasy points to wide receivers and will be without its top cornerback in A.J. Terrell. Shenault's involvement is worth monitoring for fantasy purposes, but he cannot be deployed in starting lineups just yet.
