Latavius Murray Could Vulture Red-Zone Carries In Week 1
6 years agoMinnesota Vikings running back Latavius Murray could start the season as the goal-line back if the team tries to bring Dalvin Cook along slowly. Murray took over in the backfield last season after Cook went down, and he posted 842 yards with 8 TDs. While it seems likely that Cook will eventually take over the lion's share of the carries, Murray offers intriguing upside in Week 1. The Vikings offensive line leaves a lot to be desired, but Murray could be a decent flex play in deeper leagues due to his red zone upside.
