2 years agoNew Orleans Pelicans power forward/center Larry Nance Jr. (neck) has been tagged as doubtful to play in Friday's game against Philadelphia due to neck spasms. Nance has seen both his minutes and offensive usage slide over the previous two outings, including his second scoreless appearance of the month Wednesday. While Jaxson Hayes could see an uptick in usage off the bench, Zion Williamson and Jonas Valanciunas figure to continue receiving elevated offensive looks in the frontcourt. Nance remains on the periphery of season-long roster consideration despite shooting a career-best 64.1 percent from the floor this year as he has taken fewer than six shots per outing.--Jesse Borek
