Lane Johnson To Have Surgery This Week
2 years agoPhiladelphia Eagles right tackle Lane Johnson (groin), who played through a torn adductor in the playoffs, will have surgery on it later this week, according to sources. Johnson delayed his surgery so that he could play in the postseason, but he'll now be able to recover during the offseason. The 32-year-old four-time Pro Bowler is a big reason why the Eagles have one of the best offensive lines in the league. He earned his second All-Pro nod in 2022 and managed to start 15 regular season games. Johnson should be a staple for the Eagles at right tackle again in 2023 as long as he can stay healthy.
