Landry Shamet Gets Going In Game 2
6 years agoLos Angeles Clippers guard Landry Shamet, who clearly allowed the nerves to get to him in his first career playoff game, did much better in Game 2 of the first-round series against Golden State, finishing Monday's 135-131 win with a game-high plus-15 rating, scoring 12 points in 32 minutes and doing all of his shooting from downtown. The rookie guard, who was 1-for-4 with his triples in Game 1, went 4-for-7 this time around, adding four rebounds, three assists, and two steals to his line as well. As a youngster, Shamet will have consistency issues, but at least for now, he gets to continue the series in home comforts.
