Lance McCullers Jr. Is Making Progress
2 years agoHouston Astros starting pitcher Lance McCullers Jr. (forearm) is pain-free, according to Astros general manager Dana Brown. The right-hander continues to work his way back from a low-grade forearm strain. He was only able to play catch during camp, so fantasy managers shouldn't expect him back anytime soon. McCullers was placed on the 15-day injured list on Thursday. Possibly, the 29-year-old gets back on the mound before the end of May. There is no timetable for his return, so fantasy managers will have to continue to be patient with McCullers.
