Lance Lynn’s Recent Success Makes Him A Streamer Against Detroit
6 years agoMinnesota Twins starting pitcher Lance Lynn currently has a 4-4 record and a 5.08 ERA, but those numbers don’t tell the full story of his last few games. He’s coming off four straight quality starts, including an outing where he held the potent Angels lineup to one run in six innings. On Thursday, he’s set to face off against the Detroit Tigers. Lynn has a 2-1 record and a 2.84 career ERA against them, holding their lineup to just a .220 average and a poor .304 on-base percentage. Also, a Tiger who has been able to do real damage to Lynn is Miguel Cabrera, but he's out for the season with a ruptured biceps tendon. While Lynn might not give you huge strikeout numbers or utter domination, his recent success bodes well for him. All in all, daily fantasy players looking for a streaming option to shore up their rotation could do well to take a long look at Lynn.
