1 year agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder/first baseman LaMonte Wade Jr. (back) is out of the starting lineup for Saturday's game against the New York Mets. This doesn't sound like a serious issue, but Wade will get some extra time off for precautionary reasons. It appears the 29-year-old is dealing with back discomfort, but it shouldn't be something that lands him a trip to the injured list.
