2 years agoCharlotte Hornets guard LaMelo Ball (ankle) will make his regular-season debut against the Miami Heat on Saturday. The 21-year-old has been sidelined until now due to a left ankle sprain. The expectation is that Ball will start, but his workload could be limited during his first game back. Theo Maledon should be the primary backup with Dennis Smith Jr. (ankle) ruled out for this contest. The return of Ball likely means that Maledon and Smith won't have much streaming value going forward.
