LaMarcus Aldridge Has Good All-Around Line In Nets Debut
4 years agoBrooklyn Nets forward/center LaMarcus Aldridge made his team debut on Thursday versus Charlotte and didn't disappoint, providing a bit of everything in a dominant 111-89 win with 11 points, nine rebounds, six assists, two steals and one block. He made his lone three-pointer and shot 4-for-10 overall from the field in 30 minutes as the starting center. With him in the mix, DeAndre Jordan ended up getting a DNP-CD. The Nets were without James Harden (hamstring), and Kevin Durant (hamstring) has missed a lot of time, so it's difficult to project Aldridge's role when everybody's healthy, but the big guy showed on Thursday that he still has it, and he'll look to stay productive against Chicago next.
