6 years agoBaltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said that rookie quarterback Lamar Jackson will start in Week 15 against the Buccaneers, while Joe Flacco (hip) will return and back the rookie up. Flacco hasn't played since Nov. 4 and was already playing poorly before his injury. Jackson has gone 3-1 in his four starts and although he hasn't thrown for over 200 yards in any of his starts, he adds a dimension with his legs and has more upside under center because of his athleticism. Flacco should not be owned in single-QB leagues, while Jackson once again will have QB1 upside in a great matchup with Tampa this weekend.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
