Lamar Jackson Leads Ravens To Victory
2 years agoBaltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson went 12-of-22 as a passer for 133 yards and a touchdown, adding 11 rushing attempts for 82 yards on the ground in their 27-13 win over the Saints on Monday night. The 25-year-old willed his team to victory without most of his top weapons, including Mark Andrews, Rashod Bateman, and Gus Edwards. Baltimore established the run early, pounding the Saints' defense with 40 carries in the game. While his production through the air was modest, Jackson showed off his dual-threat ability yet again, reminding everyone why he is an elite option at the quarterback position both in the NFL and for fantasy football. The Ravens head into their bye week, so fantasy managers will need to find a replacement in Week 10.
