2 years agoBrooklyn Nets guard Kyrie Irving has reportedly requested a trade after declining a contract extension with the team. If his wishes aren't fulfilled, he's going to leave the team in free agency anyway. Shams Charania also reports that the Los Angeles Lakers, Phoenix Suns, and Dallas Mavericks have all emerged as potential suitors. In terms of fantasy value, Irving would still remain an elite fantasy contributor, but his ceiling may not be as high on another team as the Nets depended on Irving more than two of the three rumored suitors.
