Kyrie Irving Battles it Out With Steph Curry in Tough Loss
Kyrie Irving had a hard time missing on Saturday, scoring a team-high 37 points on a nasty 13-for-17 from the field, shooting 5-for-5 from beyond the arc. Irving did most of his damage on the scoring end in Oakland but helped out with two boards, four assists and one steal in the loss. The only real knock on his game against the Warriors was his three turnovers, but owners will surely take the bad with the good in this one. Look for Irving to come out swinging against the scrappy Denver Nuggets on Monday.

Kyrie Irving Suffers Torn ACL
Kyrie Irving (knee) suffered a season-ending torn ACL during Monday's loss to the Sacramento Kings. The veteran was having an excellent season, averaging 25.0 points, 4.9 rebounds, 1.3 steals, and 40.1% shooting from behind the arc. Dallas has been without Anthony Davis (adductor), Dereck Lively II (ankle), Daniel Gafford (knee), and P.J. Washington (ankle), so Klay Thompson, Naji Marshall, Max Christie, and Dante Exum could see an uptick in minutes on the floor and a bump in production with Irving out.

Kyrie Irving Injured On Monday, Helped Off The Court
Kyrie Irving (knee) won't return to Monday's matchup with the Kings. Irving logged nine minutes, amassing seven points before suffering a left knee injury. The Mavs are calling the injury a sprain. However, Irving couldn't put any weight on his leg and needed assistance off the floor. He will likely undergo further testing. Kyrie Irving Ruled Out Against Heat
Kyrie Irving (shoulder) will miss Thursday's matchup against the Miami Heat. On Wednesday, Irving led the Mavericks to victory with a monster 42-point effort against the Golden State Warriors, and he gets a well-earned rest day on Thursday. Irving's absence opens up tons of usage for the likes of Spencer Dinwiddie, Max Christie, and Dante Exum (Achilles. The latter has been cleared for action after initially carrying a questionable tag.

Kyrie Irving Uncertain Thursday Against Miami
Kyrie Irving (shoulder) was listed as questionable for Thursday's home game against the Heat. Irving logged 40 minutes in Wednesday night's win over the Warriors, pouring in 42 points to go with seven rebounds. He had 30 points on Monday, so he's having a huge week, but he's also battling shoulder soreness now, so he may have to sit out on Thursday against Miami. The Mavericks also listed Klay Thompson (foot) and Dante Exum (Achilles) as questionable, and if those main contributors sit, there will be heavy minutes and usage available for Spencer Dinwiddie, Jaden Hardy, and Max Christie in the backcourt.
