Kyler Murray Set For Surgery On January 3
2 years agoArizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray (knee) will have surgery on January 3, according to NBC Sports' Melissa Starks. The signal-caller suffered a season-ending torn ACL during the Week 14 encounter with the New England Patriots. While it was initially reported Murray was facing a six-to-eight-month absence, it is now believed he could be out nine months. As a result, the 2019 No. 1 overall pick may not be on the field again until October at the earliest. Nevertheless, there will likely be routine updates regarding Murray's condition heading into the 2023-23 campaign, so anything can change in the months ahead.
